The area saw a total of seven commercial property sales, averaging $5.5 million, or $336 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of June 29 to the week of July 12 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $26.75 million, office building at 3515 Glenwood Avenue

A sale has been finalized for the office property at 3515 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh.

The price was $26.75 million. The house was built in 2016 and the living area totals 77,625 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $345. Beacon Raleigh LLC acquired the office property. The deal was finalized on June 25.

2. $5.5 million, auto repair shop at 8700 Fleet Service Drive

The sale of the auto repair garage at 8700 Fleet Service Drive in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $5,500,000. The house was built in 1999 and has a living area of 7,570 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $727. 8700 Fleet Service Owner LLC bought the auto repair garage from Mudmen LLC. The deal was closed on June 22.

3. $4 million, office building at 4030 Wake Forest Road

The total purchase price was $455,000, $313 per square foot. The house was built in 2001. Lsya Properties LLC took over the office property. The transaction was completed on June 22.

6. $225,000, office building at 6512 Six Forks Road, Suite 504B

A 880-square-foot office property at 6512 Six Forks Road, Suite 504B in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $225,000, $256 per square foot. The house was built in 1985. Pembroke Real Estate Holdings LLC sold the office property to Lydant Real Estate LLC. The deal was closed on June 17.
