The area saw a total of 168 commercial property sales over the past week, averaging $2.27 million. The average price per square foot was $376.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 6 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $24 million, shopping mall at 4966 Le Chalet Boulevard
The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 4966 Le Chalet Boulevard in Boynton Beach has been finalized.
The price was $24,000,000. The house was built in 1990 and has a living area of 71,191 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $337. Real SUB LLC took over the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants from Lsgi Aberdeen Square LLC. The deal was finalized on June 10.
