The area saw a total of 168 commercial property sales over the past week, averaging $2.27 million. The average price per square foot was $376.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 6 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $24 million, shopping mall at 4966 Le Chalet Boulevard

The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 4966 Le Chalet Boulevard in Boynton Beach has been finalized.

The price was $24,000,000. The house was built in 1990 and has a living area of 71,191 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $337. Real SUB LLC took over the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants from Lsgi Aberdeen Square LLC. The deal was finalized on June 10.

2. $23.27 million, office building at 3001 Tamiami Trail N

The office property at 3001 Tamiami Trail N in Naples has new owners.

The price was $23,265,000. The home was built in 1984 and has a living area of 15,124 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,538. Collier Place Holdings LLC transferred ownership of the office property to Collier Place Owner LLC. The transaction was completed on June 24.

The total purchase price was $21,000,000, $2,333 per square foot. The units were built in 1972. Soraya Exchange LLC and Soraya Exchange II LLC acquired the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was closed on June 26.

A sale has been finalized for the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 1495 Main Street in Dunedin.

The price was $17.5 million. The house was built in 1985 and the living area totals 90,791 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $193. Tomoka24 Granada LLC sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to CCB Associates 51 LLC. The transaction was completed on June 19.

5. $14.36 million, restaurant at 5307 Paseo Boulevard

A 5,524-square-foot restaurant at 5307 Paseo Boulevard in Miami has been sold.

The total purchase price was $14,360,900, $2,600 per square foot. The house was built in 2021. Paseo Hotel LLC bought the restaurant. The deal was closed on June 16.
