A nightclub in Palm Harbor that sold for $31 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida over the past week.

During the past week, a total of 130 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $1.95 million, or $450 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of June 29 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $31 million, nightclub at 35104 Us Highway 19 N

A 53,105-square-foot nightclub or cocktail lounge at 35104 Us Highway 19 N in Palm Harbor has been sold.

The total purchase price was $31,000,000, $584 per square foot. The home was built in 1982. Alderman Group LLC sold the nightclub or cocktail lounge to JBL Alderman Plaza LLC and JBL Alderman Plaza NJD LLC. The deal was closed on June 15.

2. $19.7 million, store at 5810 Seven Mile Drive

The store or retail outlet at 5810 Seven Mile Drive in Wildwood has new owners.

The price was $19,700,000. The house was built in 2020 and has a living area of 66,220 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $297. Trailwinds Grocery LLC transferred ownership of the store or retail outlet to Real SUB LLC. The deal was finalized on June 1.

3. $15.5 million, neighborhood mall at 1225 Bennett Drive

The sale of the neighborhood shopping center or strip mall at 1225 Bennett Drive in Longwood has been finalized.

The price was $15,500,000. The house was built in 1989 and has a living area of 4,784 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $3,240. WB Longwood Owner LLC bought the neighborhood shopping center or strip mall from Longwood Commerce Park LLC. The transaction was completed on June 18.

4. $11.25 million, shopping mall at 19410 Cortez Boulevard

A sale has been finalized for the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 19410 Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville.

The price was $11.25 million. The house was built in 1987 and the living area totals 109,912 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $102. RP Brooksville LLC bought the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants. The deal was closed on June 19.

5. $9.15 million, office building at 625 Tamiami Trail N

A 5,377-square-foot office property at 625 Tamiami Trail N in Naples has been sold.

The total purchase price was $9,150,000, $1,702 per square foot. The home was built in 2009. Tamiami Medical Properties LP took over the office property. The transaction was completed on June 18.

6. $9.15 million, office building at 625 Tamiami Trail N

A 5,377-square-foot office property at 625 Tamiami Trail N in Naples has been sold.

The total purchase price was $9,150,000, $1,702 per square foot. The house was built in 2009. Hhh Investments Lp transferred ownership of the office property to Tamiami Medical Properties LP. The deal was finalized on June 18.

The total purchase price was $5,495,517, $159 per square foot. The house was built in 1983. GW Real Estate LLC transferred ownership of the grocery store or supermarket to Goodsource Real Estate III LLC. The deal was finalized on June 10.
