A nightclub in Palm Harbor that sold for $31 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida over the past week.

During the past week, a total of 130 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $1.95 million, or $450 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of June 29 even if the property sold earlier.

Us Highway 19
