In total, 287 commercial property sales were recorded in the area in the past week, with an average price of $2.72 million. The average price per square foot was $1,034.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of April 20 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $200 million, shopping mall at 150 Worth Avenue
The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 150 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach has been finalized.
The price was $200,000,000. The shopping center was constructed in 1979 and has an area of 128,779 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,553. Esplanade TIC LLC took over the shopping mall. The deal was finalized on March 26.
2. $46.3 million, shopping mall at 6166 West Sample Road, Unit 6210
A sale has been finalized for the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 6166 West Sample Road, Unit 6210 in Coral Springs.
The price was $46.3 million. The shopping center was raised in 2009 and the area totals 41,535 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,115. Svap III Coral Landings LLC sold the shopping mall to NSRP i Coral Landings LLC. The transaction was completed on April 7.
3. $43 million, store at 225 Worth Avenue
A 9,932-square-foot store or retail outlet at 225 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach has been sold.
The total purchase price was $43,000,000, $4,329 per square foot. The building dates to 1950. 225 Worth Avenue Holdings LLC transferred ownership of the store to 225 Worth Owner LLC. The deal was closed on March 31.
