Update: 5.1 magnitude earthquake strikes near Luganville, Vanuatu on Feb. 22

A 5.1 magnitude quake was registered near Luganville around midday Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

It was reported that a tremor shook the region at 01:22 UTC (12:22 local time). The epicenter was situated roughly 60 km west of Luganville, at a depth of 10 km.
