A 6.0 magnitude quake was recorded near Ozernovskiy Friday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor slammed the area at 14:55 UTC (01:55 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was located roughly 98 km east-southeast of Ozernovskiy and occurred at a depth of 58 km.
