COOS COUNTY, OR — Friday night, a 5.9 magnitude quake was recorded near Bandon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was reported that a tremor struck the region at 6:45 a.m. (10:45 p.m. local time). The epicenter was located about 149 miles west of Bandon, at a depth of 6 miles.
