Update: Earthquake of 5.1 magnitude reported near Masohi, Indonesia on Sept. 27

CENTRAL MALUKU REGENCY, Maluku — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.1 magnitude quake hit close to Masohi Saturday afternoon.

At 09:08 UTC (18:08 local time), the region was jolted by a tremor. The earthquake shook at a depth of 19 km, with its epicenter about 69 km northeast of Masohi.
