Earthquake of magnitude 5.1 registered close to Pacific-Antarctic Ridge on Sept. 12

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.1 magnitude quake jolted near Pacific-Antarctic Ridge Friday morning.

The tremor, which shook the area at 18:35 UTC (08:35 local time), was centered of Pacific-Antarctic Ridge. It occurred at a depth of 10 km.
