Update: Seismic activity on July 12 – 5.0 magnitude earthquake near Tatsugō, Japan recorded

At midday on Saturday, a 5.0 magnitude quake was registered near Tatsugō, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor struck the area at 02:01 UTC (11:01 local time). It occurred at a depth of 10 km with the epicenter situated about 99 km north of Tatsugō.
