July 30: Earthquake of 5.0 magnitude recorded close to Ozernovskiy, Russia

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.0 magnitude quake occurred near Ozernovskiy around midday Wednesday.

It was reported that a tremor jolted the region at 02:39 UTC (13:39 local time). The epicenter was situated about 202 km east-southeast of Ozernovskiy, at a depth of 10 km.
