SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.4 magnitude quake shook close to Borrego Springs Friday morning.
It was reported that a tremor struck the region at 10:49 a.m. The epicenter was positioned roughly 3 miles west of Borrego Springs, at a depth of just 3 miles.
