5.1 magnitude earthquake hits close to South Atlantic Ocean on Aug. 27

A 5.1 magnitude quake jolted near South Atlantic Ocean on Thursday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 04:19 UTC (03:19 local time). The epicenter was of South Atlantic Ocean, at a depth of 10 km.
