In total, 154 commercial property sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $2.99 million, or $598 per square foot.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 17 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $71.97 million, retail store at 14410 Shoreside Way, Unit WA
A 14,291-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 14410 Shoreside Way, Unit WA in Winter Garden has been sold.
The total purchase price was $71,965,300, $5,036 per square foot. The house was built in 2022. Real SUB LLC took over the retail store or personal services shop. The transaction was completed on Aug. 10.
2. $35.88 million, financial building at 5708 Hamlin Groves Trail
A sale has been finalized for the financial services property or bank building at 5708 Hamlin Groves Trail in Winter Garden.
The price was $35.88 million. The house living area totals 2,809 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $12,775. Real SUB LLC acquired the financial services property or bank building. The deal was finalized on Aug. 10.

5. $23.5 million, auto dealership at 90400 Overseas Highway
The sale of the vehicle sales and rentals business at 90400 Overseas Highway in Tavernier has been finalized.
The price was $23,500,000. The home was built in 1963 and has a living area of 29,330 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $801. Plantation Boat Mart & Marina Inc sold the vehicle sales and rentals business to SHM Plantation Key LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 5.
6. $23.5 million, property at 3280 Tamiami Trail, Suite 57
A 263,172-square-foot property at 3280 Tamiami Trail, Suite 57 in Port Charlotte has been sold.
The total purchase price was $23,500,000, $89 per square foot. The property was built in 1976. Jlji PC LLC transferred ownership of the property to Promenades At Parkside Prop LLC. The transaction was completed on July 30.
7. $23 million, auto repair shop at 8505 Northwest 12th Street
A 19,316-square-foot auto repair garage at 8505 Northwest 12th Street in Doral has been sold.
The total purchase price was $23,000,000, $1,191 per square foot. The home was built in 1997. M Holding LLC transferred ownership of the auto repair garage to Lorenzo L Enterprises-1 LLC. The deal was finalized on July 31.
8. $14.15 million, office building at 6700 Forum Drive
The sale of the office property at 6700 Forum Drive in Orlando has been finalized.
The price was $14,150,000. The house was built in 1988 and has a living area of 115,088 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $123. Magicwood TT LLC and Innovatus Capital Partners LLC sold the office property to HP Westwood LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 11.

The residential complex with more than five units at 2502 Holton Street, Unit 101 in Tallahassee have new owners.
The price was $6,950,000. The units were built in 1969 and have a living area of 92,577 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $75. The property features 100 bedrooms altogether in the different units. SAH Leon Holdings LP acquired the residential complex with more than five units from Leon Arms LLC. The deal was closed on July 30.
10. $6.8 million, office building at 7200 West Commercial Boulevard
The office property at 7200 West Commercial Boulevard in Lauderhill has new owners.
The price was $6,800,000. The house was built in 1985 and has a living area of 16,533 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $411. Mars Medical Center LLC took over the office property from Lauderhill Corp. Center 18 LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 4.
