In total, 187 commercial property sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $5.24 million. The average price per square foot was $635.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 24 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $155 million, office building at 9000 Southside Boulevard, 200
The sale of the office property at 9000 Southside Boulevard, 200 in Jacksonville has been finalized.
The price was $155 million. The house was built in 1989 and has a living area of 733,373 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $211. Bank Of America National Association took over the office property from LBA Tracts C & G Jacksonville FL LLC. The deal was closed on Aug. 10.
2. $51.31 million, auto repair shop at 13101 Tamiami Trail N

The price was $51.31 million. The home was built in 2007 and has a living area of 60,000 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $855. Germain Automotive Properties III LLC acquired the auto repair garage. The transaction was completed on Aug. 12.

The total purchase price was $47.11 million, $392 per square foot. The home was built in 2007. Htlvi Tampa LLC took over the parking garage or parking structure. The transaction was completed on Aug. 11.
5. $44.8 million, auto dealership at 907 Northeast 2nd Avenue, Unit 911
A sale has been finalized for the vehicle sales and rentals business at 907 Northeast 2nd Avenue, Unit 911 in Fort Lauderdale.

The total purchase price was $34,000,000, $312 per square foot. The units were built in 2011. The property features 213 bedrooms and 189 bathrooms altogether in the different units. Magnolia Landing APT LTD transferred ownership of the residential complex with more than five units to GH Magnolia Landing LP. The deal was closed on Aug. 6.
10. $29.75 million, apartment building at 150 Northeast 79th Street
The residential complex with more than five units at 150 Northeast 79th Street in Miami have new owners.
The price was $29,750,000. The units were built in 2008 and have a living area of 251,004 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $119. GH Lafayette Square LP acquired the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was closed on Aug. 6.
