A multi-story office building located at 408 17th Street in West Palm Beach changed owner on March 9.

The 3,742-square-foot commercial property was sold for $1.51 million, or $404 per square foot. Completed in 1947 and upgraded in 2010, the single-story building stands on a 6,861-square-foot lot.

408 17th St LLC sold the property to Caraccio Pools LLC.

This office tower is part of the North Resub development.
