At 4 a.m. Wednesday, the National Hurricane Center released its first advisory of the day for the system, stating that Tropical Storm Hanna is in the Atlantic Ocean, 1,210 miles east of Bermuda and 995 miles west-southwest of the Azores. Packing maximum sustained winds of 40 mph, the system is tracking east-southeast at 5 mph.

Hanna is forecast to become a remnant.
