GLENN COUNTY, CA — A 2.3 magnitude quake was recorded near Willows Sunday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which shook the area at 10:15 p.m., was centered about 10 miles east-southeast of Willows. It occurred at a depth of 16 miles.
