Update: 5.2 magnitude earthquake reported close to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia on July 20

A 5.2 magnitude quake was detected close to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Sunday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor struck at 06:31 UTC (17:31 local time), with its epicenter located approximately 156 km east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and a depth of 10 km.
