SINDIRGI, Balıkesir — A 5.1 magnitude quake was registered near Sındırgı at midnight on Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The tremor hit at 21:05 UTC (00:05 local time), with its epicenter situated about 8 km southwest of Sındırgı and a depth of 10 km.
