The office building located at 5700 North Davis Highway in Pensacola changed owner on Feb. 26.

The 3,000-square-foot commercial property was sold for $812,500, or $271 per square foot. Completed in 1987, the single-story building stands on a 4,310-square-foot lot.

Beegle Gulf Properties LLC transferred ownership of the property to 5700 N Davis HWY LLC.
