Plymouth asserted their dominance with a 3-1 victory over Coventry in Monday’s Championship action at home.
Plymouth took the lead just before half time as Mustapha Bundu netted.
Just three minutes later later Ryan Hardie increased the lead for Plymouth.
Haji Wright just two minutes later, ensuring Coventry reduced the score to 2-1.
Plymouth’s Mustapha Bundu also increased the lead for Plymouth in the 65th minute.
With two games remaining, Plymouth are in last place while Coventry are in sixth.
The previous outing between the teams ended in a 4-0 home win for Coventry in December.
Plymouth play Preston North End on 25 April and Leeds on 2 May. Coventry’s next opponents are Luton on 25 April and Middlesbrough on 2 May.
