DEYR, Bushehr Province — A 5.0 magnitude quake struck close to Bushehr on Saturday around midnight, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor hit at 21:20 UTC (00:50 local time), with its epicenter roughly 115 km southeast of Bushehr and a depth of 10 km.
