Friday morning, a 5.1 magnitude quake was recorded near Vilyuchinsk, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor shook the area at 16:18 UTC (03:18 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was situated approximately 150 km south-southeast of Vilyuchinsk and occurred at a depth of 54 km.
