The homes in the list below concern different types of property: terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and flats, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of September, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

10. £10,000 (7%) below asking – semi-detached house on Pottery Park
Listed at £150,000, this detached house at Pottery Park in the NE6 postcode area settled at £140,000 after seven days on the market, reflecting a 7% price reduction. Spanning 656 sqft, the property’s price per sqft was £213. Featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom and a B energy efficiency rating, the transfer of ownership was completed on 23 July.

9. £14,995 (9%) below asking – semi-detached house on Priory Way
