Muskegon Lumberjacks grab extra point vs. Team USA in overtime

The Muskegon Lumberjacks and Team USA tied 2-2 in regulation on Friday, April 03, 2025.

Muskegon beat Team USA in overtime 3-2.

Muskegon’s Luka Radivojevic scored the game-winning goal.

The Lumberjacks took the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Tynan Lawrence. Matthew Van Blaricom and Xavier Veilleux assisted.

Xavier Veilleux scored early in the second period, assisted by Finn Mclaughlin and Jack Galanek.

The Team USA narrowed the gap to 2-1 within the first minute when Jacob Kvasnicka scored, assisted by Everett Baldwin and LJ Mooney.

Michael Berchild tied it up 2-2 with a goal late in the third period, assisted by LJ Mooney and Donny Bracco. The game went to overtime.

In overtime, it took 4:45 before Luka Radivojevic scored the game-winner for the team, assisted by Jack Galanek and Drew Stewart.
