Update: May 20 – 5.2 magnitude earthquake recorded close to Sape, Indonesia

A 5.2 magnitude quake struck near Sape on Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor jolted the area at 10:28 UTC (18:28 local time). It occurred at a depth of 10 km with the epicenter approximately 49 km northeast of Sape.
