The properties listed below encompass terraced houses, all of which had their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of April, irrespective of whether they were sold prior to this period.

4. £15,000 (3%) below asking – The Beeches Mews, Didsbury West
A house at The Beeches Mews in the M20 postcode area also has new owners. Initially listed for £450,000, it settled at £435,000, marking a 3% price reduction to reach its eventual selling price. It was on the market for five months and one day. Covering 1,227 sqft, the property’s price per sqft ended up at £355. The property comprises three bedrooms and one bathroom, and the property holds a C energy efficiency rating. The sale was completed on 17 March.
