Among the 78 flats changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties listed below encompass flats, with their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of April, even if the sales were conducted earlier.

6. £2000 (1%) below asking – Newton Street, Piccadilly

This flat in The Sorting House, 83 Newton Street in the M1 postcode area has new owners. It was initially listed for £290,000 and settled at £288,000 after it had been on the market for three months and six days, undergoing a 1% price reduction to reach its eventual selling price. The living area totals 1,248 sqft and the price per sqft ended up at £231. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the energy efficiency of the building is rated D. The sale was finalised on 16 February.
