The properties outlined in the list below consist of the same type of property: semi-detached houses. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of May, even if the transactions were prior to this month.

7. £3000 (1%) below asking – Sandilands Road, Brooklands
A house at Sandilands Road in the M23 postcode area also has new owners. Initially listed for £400,000, it settled at £397,000, marking a 1% price reduction to reach its eventual selling price.
