Among the 77 flats changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties listed below encompass flats, with their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of May, even if the sales were conducted earlier.
