The properties in the list below concern flats, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of January, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

10. £10,000 (3%) below asking – Owen Street, Deansgate

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a B energy efficiency rating, this flat at 9 Owen Street in the M15 postcode area, has been purchased. Originally listed for £310,000, it sold at £300,000 after a 3% reduction in price after it had been on the market for four months and 20 days. The transfer of ownership was completed on 21 November.
