A heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 9:51 p.m. valid for Monday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Eastern Kiowa County.
The NWS informs, “High temperatures of 104 to 107 degrees.”
“Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses,” adds the NWS.

• Stay cool with clothing: Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing to stay comfortable.
