The recently built parking lot located at 500 Southeast 23rd Street, Unit 1-3 in Fort Lauderdale changed owner on March 5.

The 2,546-square-foot commercial property was sold for $17.25 million, or $6,773 per square foot. Built in 2023, the single-story building sits on a 6,750-square-foot lot.

Hotels Of FLL LLC took over the property from FLL Hospitality LLLP.

This parking lot is part of the Lauderdale subdivision.
