Update: The flood advisory for Southeast Georgia is likely to expire at 8:15 p.m.

The advisory was issued for Brantley, Glynn and Wayne counties.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 8:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast Georgia, including the following areas, Brantley, Glynn and Wayne. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” states the National Weather Service.
