Update: Earthquake measuring 5.2 jolts area near Changning, China on June 28

A 5.2 magnitude quake occurred close to Changning on Sunday around midnight, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 16:12 UTC (00:12 local time). The epicenter was roughly 13 km west-northwest of Changning, at a depth of 10 km.
