An office building located at 307 Northeast 4th Avenue in Crystal River has a new owner since March 12.

The 1,369-square-foot commercial property was sold for $160,000, or $117 per square foot. Built in 1951 and renewed in 1980, the single-story building stands on a 10,520-square-foot lot and includes a 304-square-foot garage.

The property was obtained by Charles Wade and Stephanie Wade.

This office building is part of the Bayview Homes Co commercial subdivision.

Other two nearby office buildings in Crystal River changed hands recently:

· At 708 Northeast 6th Street, in January, a 2,448-square-foot property was sold for $218,000, a price per square foot of $89.

· In November 2024, a property at 753 North Citrus Avenue sold for $230,000, a price per square foot of $110.
