The commercial property at 1171 Northeast Cleveland Street in Clearwater was sold on March 11 for $290,000, or $250 per square foot. Completed in 1953 and upgraded in 1988, the single-story building sits on a 4,556-square-foot lot.

Moonstein HQ LLC took over the property from Aida Davoodi Kermani.

This office building is part of the Bassadena subdivision.
