It was do or die for the Bismarck Bobcats against the Aberdeen Wings.
They pulled through with a 3-1 win on Friday, April 24, 2025. Bismarck is now back in the series, which Aberdeen leads by 2-1 games.
The Bobcats opened strong, early in the game with Keanu Krenn scoring in the first minute, goal assisted by Tommy Cronin and Nate Bannister.
The Wings’ Bryce Johnson tied the game late in the first period, assisted by Leonid Bulgakov and Gavin Reed.
The Bobcats took the lead within the first minute of the second period when Jakub Kopecky netted one, assisted by Drew Roelofs and Zane Rowan.
The Bobcats increased the lead to 3-1 with 19 seconds remaining of the third period after a goal from Alexandr Kim, assisted by Charlie Sandven and Jakub Kopecky.
