Austin Bruins win first game against Bismarck Bobcats

The Austin Bruins have the upper hand in the series against the Bismarck Bobcats, after winning 3-1 in game one on Friday, May 01, 2025.

The Bruins started off strong and took the lead right after the puck drop with Jackson Rilei scoring 28 seconds, assisted by Augustus Elbert and John Hirschfeld.

The Bruins made it 2-0 in the first period when Gavin Hruza scored, assisted by Jackson Rilei and Ashton Bynum.

Julian Beaumont narrowed the gap to 2-1 with a goal late in the third period, assisted by Tommy Cronin and Evan Hunter.

The Bruins increased the lead to 3-1 with 01.35 remaining of the third after a goal from Nathan Williams, assisted by Ashton Bynum.

The teams meet three more times, with the next two taking place on May 4th and May 5th.
