Maine Nordiques win first game against Rochester Jr. Americans

The Maine Nordiques have the upper hand in the series against the Rochester Jr. Americans, after winning 2-0 in game one on Friday, May 01, 2025.

The first period was scoreless, and early in the second period, the Nordiques took the lead when Ocean Fancy scored the first goal assisted by Zion Green and Kellen Murphy.

The Nordiques increased the lead to 2-0 early in the third period when Michael Stenberg scored, assisted by Luke Chappelle and Shane Kozlina. That left the final score at 2-0.

The teams play each other three more times, with the next two taking place on May 4th and May 5th.
