Karamoko Dembele reduced the score for Queens Park Rangers in the 72nd minute.

With two games remaining, Queens Park Rangers are in 15th place in the table and Swansea City are in 11th.

The previous meeting between the teams ended in a 3-0 home win for Swansea City in December.
