The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders defeated the Omaha Lancers 4-2 on Sunday, April 05, 2025 at Liberty First Credit Union Arena.
The RoughRiders took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Amine Hajibi.
The RoughRiders’ Hans-Martin Ulvebne increased the lead to 2-0 late in the first, assisted by Grant Young.
The Lancers narrowed the gap to 2-1 early in the third period when Caden Lee found the back of the net, assisted by Brian Lonergan and David Hruby.
Kole Hyles made it 3-1 with a goal late in the third, assisted by Charles Blanchard.
Amine Hajibi also made it 4-1 with a goal two minutes later, assisted by Grant Young.
The Lancers narrowed the gap to 4-2 with 01.01 remaining of the third after a goal from Hudson Kowalchuk, assisted by Caden Lee.
