The Wisconsin Windigo defeated the Fairbanks Ice Dogs 5-2 on Saturday, March 28, 2025 at Big Dipper Ice Arena.
The Windigo took the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Jackson Ernst. Riley Joslin and Hunter Hayes assisted.
The Windigo’s Zachary Cline increased the lead to 2-0 halfway through the first, assisted by Ronnie Hill and John Halverson.
The Windigo made it 3-0 late in the first when Braydon Beahm scored, assisted by Hunter Hayes and Jackson Ernst.
The second period ended with a 4-2 lead for the Windigo.
Braydon Beahm made it 5-2 with a goal late in the third period, assisted by Jackson Ernst and Michael Ryan.
