The Titans made it 3-0 late in the first when Saxen Robertson scored, assisted by James Taylor and Ryan Friedman.
Three goals were scored in the second period, the score being tied at 3-3 going in to the third period.
Just over zero minutes in, Charles Panchisin scored the game-winner for the team, assisted by Brock Jones and Bryce Strand.
