The National Hurricane Center released its first advisory for the tropical storm at 10 a.m. Monday. Tropical Storm Hanna is in the Atlantic Ocean, 870 miles east-northeast of Bermuda. Packing maximum sustained winds of 45 mph, it is tracking east at 17 mph.

“Little change in strength is forecast during the next couple of days,” according to meteorologists.
