A 5.3 magnitude quake occurred close to Ruteng on Monday afternoon, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The tremor hit at 10:42 UTC (18:42 local time), with its epicenter about 88 km north of Ruteng and a depth of 10 km. Seismologists first reported it as a 5.2 event, but later upgraded it to 5.3.
