5.2 magnitude earthquake shakes near East Pacific Rise on Sept. 6

A 5.2 magnitude quake occurred near East Pacific Rise on Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which hit the area at 10:32 UTC (02:32 local time), was centered south of East Pacific Rise. It occurred at a depth of 10 km.
