A property that sold for $9 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Atlanta in the past week.
During the past week, a total of six commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $3.66 million, or $126 per square foot.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 24 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $9 million, department store at 4880 Briarcliff Road NE
A 154,870-square-foot general merchandise department store at 4880 Briarcliff Road NE in Atlanta has been sold.
The total purchase price was $9 million, $58 per square foot. The home was built in 1971. Centurion Foundation Northlake LLC took over the general merchandise department store. The deal was closed on July 17.
2. $6.28 million, parking lot at 774 West Marietta Street NW
The sale of the parking lot at 774 West Marietta Street NW in Atlanta has been finalized.
The price was $6.28 million. Coro Roxy TIC LLC transferred ownership of the parking lot to Roxy Holdings 1 LLC. The transaction was completed on July 17.
3. $5.2 million, shopping mall at 3304 Laventure Drive, Unit 3310
The regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 3304 Laventure Drive, Unit 3310 in Atlanta has new owners.
The price was $5.2 million. The house was built in 2009 and has a living area of 27,054 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $192. Emary Home Care Services LLC bought the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants. The deal was finalized on July 6.
4. $840,000, retail store at 478 Boulevard SE
A 3,000-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 478 Boulevard SE in Atlanta has been sold.
The total purchase price was $840,000, $280 per square foot. The home was built in 1940. Artifacts Picture Framing LLC sold the retail store or personal services shop to Kasiaparivar LLC. The deal was closed on July 22.
5. $655,000, office building at 2823 Church Street
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 2823 Church Street in Atlanta.
The price was $655,000. The house was built in 1955 and the living area totals 7,075 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $93. 2823 Church Street LLC took over the office property from Windmill Arts Center LLC. The transaction was completed on July 21.
6. $15,000, auto repair shop at 512 Circle 85 Street
The auto repair garage at 512 Circle 85 Street in Atlanta has new owners.
The price was $15,000. The house was built in 1964 and has a living area of 1,533 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $10. Kenny Kyser acquired the auto repair garage. The deal was finalized on July 24.
