In total, six commercial property sales were recorded in the area, with an average price of $2.21 million, or $321 per square foot.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Aug. 17 to the week of Aug. 30 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $5.4 million, shopping mall at 475 South Broadway
A 18,584-square-foot regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 475 South Broadway in Denver has been sold.
The total purchase price was $5.4 million, $290 per square foot. The home was built in 1994. D & B Real Estate LLC sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Bam475 LLC. The deal was closed on Aug. 13.
2. $2.5 million, restaurant at 2036 North Broadway
The restaurant at 2036 North Broadway in Denver has new owners.
The price was $2.5 million. The house was built in 2000 and has a living area of 7,907 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $316. Dasco LLLP transferred ownership of the restaurant to Deluxe Custom Wood Finish Corp. The deal was finalized on Aug. 18.
3. $2.27 million, office building at 4590 Peoria Street
The sale of the office property at 4590 Peoria Street in Denver has been finalized.
The price was $2.27 million. The home was built in 1995 and has a living area of 3,778 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $600. Launch Peoriaco LLC took over the office property from Roland Investment Company LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 19.
4. $1.9 million, office building at 1115 North Broadway, Suite 110
A 9,555-square-foot office property at 1115 North Broadway, Suite 110 in Denver has been sold.
The total purchase price was $1.9 million, $199 per square foot. The house was built in 1960. 2418 W Evans Associates LLC transferred ownership of the office property to 1115 N Broadway LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 7.
5. $775,000, office building at 20 East Center Avenue
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 20 East Center Avenue in Denver.
The price was $775,000. The house was built in 1965 and the living area totals 2,440 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $318. LAD LTD sold the office property to Wash Park West Alpha LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 20.
6. $439,000, office building at 55 West Alameda Avenue
A 2,147-square-foot office property at 55 West Alameda Avenue in Denver has been sold.
The total purchase price was $439,000, $204 per square foot. The house was built in 1911. The home features four bedrooms. Rachel D. McCall bought the office property from City And County Of Denver. The deal was closed on Aug. 17.
